What we collect
In-store: NY-required ID scan for age verification, name, date of birth, ID number, stored per OCM compliance retention rules.
Online: name, email, phone, delivery address (for delivery orders), order history. Anonymous analytics (page views, referrers) via privacy-respecting tools.
What we don't do
We do not sell customer information. We do not share data with cannabis-industry data brokers. We do not share purchase history with advertisers or social platforms.
Marketing
Email marketing is opt-in. Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email. We do not use SMS marketing without explicit consent.
Compliance retention
Per NY OCM rule, we retain age-verification and purchase records for the period required by state regulation. After that, records are deleted.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for age-gate persistence, cart state, and anonymous analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking or third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Email community@thehighlinedispensary.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to OCM compliance retention.
Changes
Material privacy changes are dated above and emailed to subscribers.
