License
The Highline is licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) as an adult-use retail dispensary, license number OCM-RETL-2025-000417. The license is posted visibly at the shop entrance.
Lab testing
Every batch of every product is tested by a NY-licensed third-party laboratory for potency (THC, CBD, CBN, CBG), pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), and microbials (mold, yeast, bacteria). Certificates of analysis are on file at the shop and available on request.
Track-and-trace
All product is tracked from cultivator through processor to our shelf via NY OCM's seed-to-sale tracking system. We can provide chain-of-custody documentation for any item we sell.
Tax
Adult-use cannabis sales in New York are subject to: 13% state cannabis excise tax, 4% New York State sales tax, plus local sales tax (Westchester County). All tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
ID verification
We verify a government-issued photo ID showing 21 or older for every transaction: in-store, online pickup, and delivery. We do not store ID images beyond OCM compliance retention.
