This website and our services are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age and older. In compliance with OCM regulations (§129.2(l)), this Site uses an age verification mechanism. By proceeding past the age gate, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase cannabis in New York State.

To use our services, you must:

• Be present in New York State at the time of purchase
• Possess valid government-issued photo identification
• Comply with all applicable New York State cannabis laws and regulations

3. New York State Legal Framework

The Highline Dispensary is a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer operating under the authority of the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) pursuant to the Marihuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). Our license is posted at our retail location and can be independently verified at cannabis.ny.gov.

The Highline may offer discounts, coupons, points-based rewards, and customer loyalty programs. All promotional offers comply with OCM regulations (§129.3(b)). The following conditions apply:

• No offer will result in the sale of cannabis products below market value as defined by OCM
• All applicable state and local taxes are calculated on the pre-discounted price, ensuring full tax compliance per §129.3(b)(2)
• Promotional offers are only advertised through channels directed at individuals 21 years of age and older
• No promotional information is affixed to or printed on cannabis product packaging or labels
• The Highline does not offer free cannabis products as promotional giveaways

6. Advertising & Marketing Standards

All advertising and marketing by The Highline complies with OCM Parts 128 and 129. Our advertising and marketing:

• Is directed exclusively at audiences reasonably expected to be comprised of individuals 21 years of age and older, consistent with U.S. Census data per §129.2(g)
• Does not depict cannabis consumption, promote overconsumption, or promote product potency
• Does not appear within 500 feet of schools, playgrounds, childcare providers, public parks, or libraries
• Does not appear on billboards, public transit vehicles, or publicly owned property
• Includes all OCM-required warnings and our license number per §129.2(k)
• Includes the NY HOPEline per §129.2(f)
• Does not make health claims or assert that products are safe solely because they are regulated per §129.2(b)(15)

7. Prohibited Activities

By using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Purchase cannabis products for resale, transfer, or distribution to others
• Provide false age or identification information
• Attempt to circumvent our age verification system
• Transport cannabis across state or international borders
• Consume cannabis in prohibited public spaces, including schools, playgrounds, or in vehicles
• Provide cannabis to individuals under the age of 21
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff

8. Account Responsibilities

When creating and using an account on our Site, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
