You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website, our shop, or our delivery service. By entering you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service.
License
The Highline operates under New York State Office of Cannabis Management retail license OCM-RETL-2025-000417. All product sold through our shop is NY-licensed, lab-tested adult-use cannabis.
Limits
Per NY OCM rule, individual purchases are limited to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrate (or equivalent) per transaction. Daily and weekly purchase tracking applies.
Pricing
Prices and inventory shown reflect the current Dutchie feed. Final pricing including excise and sales tax is confirmed at checkout. We honor in-store and online prices at parity.
Returns
Per NY OCM rule, cannabis products may not be returned to inventory once they have left the shop. We work with customers on legitimate quality issues at our discretion.
Delivery
Delivery is available to ZIPs 10522, 10533, 10706, 10701, 10710. Orders require government-issued photo ID verification at the door. Recipient must be 21+ and match the order name.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or drivers. Do not attempt to resell product purchased from The Highline.
